Location Data: We collect your location to show nearby bathrooms. This data is only used while the app is active and is not stored on our servers.

User-Generated Content: Reviews, ratings, and photos you submit are stored on our servers and may be visible to other users.

Profile Pictures: If you upload a profile picture, it is stored securely on AWS servers.

Device Information: We collect device identifiers for push notifications (optional).

App Preferences: Your theme selections, accessibility settings, and notification preferences.

Authentication

We offer sign-in via email or Apple Sign-In. When using Apple Sign-In, we receive your name and email (or a private relay email if you choose to hide it). We do not access your Apple ID password or any other Apple account information.

To display your reviews and photos to other users
To send push notifications (if enabled)
To process premium subscriptions
To prevent fraud and ensure security

Photos & Media

Profile pictures and review photos are stored securely on AWS servers. Photos you upload to reviews are visible to other users. You can delete your photos at any time by editing or removing your reviews.

Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not store your payment information. Apple handles all billing securely. To manage or cancel your subscription, visit your Apple ID settings.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Google Maps API (for location services)
AWS (for secure data storage and image hosting)
Apple (for authentication and subscription processing)
Law enforcement (if required by law)

Data Retention

Your account data is retained until you request deletion. Reviews and photos remain visible unless you delete them or your account.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication (AWS Cognito), and encrypted data storage. Data is transmitted securely and stored on protected servers.
